OUR 2023 MISSION TO GRENADA

SMILES GCP WOULD LIKE TO THANK EACH AND EVERYONE WHO SUPPORTED OUR 2023 MISSSION TO GRENADA, CARRIACOU AND THE PETITE MARTINIQUE. WE COULD NOT HAVE ACCOMPLISHED THIS MISSOIN WITHOUT YOUR WILLINGNESS AND KIND GENOROSITY.

We would like to inform you that our mission was a success.
Our team of professional and volunteers were able to provide dental cleaning fillings, extraction, massage therapy, Blood pressure reading and counselling, to over 250 individuals; a combination of adults, children, and seniors.
During our mission, we were able to provide recommendations, immediate support, and education to individuals about oral hygiene and overall health and wellness. For example, one patient had a blood pressure reading of 199/129; we educated her of the dangers of high blood pressures, ways to manage it, and then recommended that she sees her doctor immediately for further care. Additionally, we provided emergency care for a child who arrived at the site via ambulance; she was experiencing severe pain. We extracted the tooth that could not be saved and then provide additional fillings to several other teeth. This is just a few examples of the supports we provided that made our mission so successful.
Your support and donations helped immensely to make this mission possible for the people within the Island of Carriacou Grenada.
